Return & Refund Policy – PYARI DECOR

At PYARI DECOR, we pride ourselves on providing carefully selected, high-quality home décor items to our valued customers. Every product is checked, packed, and dispatched with great care to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. Because of this commitment, our return and refund policy is strict and limited, designed to protect both the customer experience and our business operations.

By placing an order with PYARI DECOR, you agree to the following terms.


General Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind, selects the wrong item, or decides they no longer want the product after delivery.

  • Returns are only considered in exceptional circumstances, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • We strongly encourage customers to review all product descriptions, dimensions, images, and details carefully before making a purchase.


Eligibility for Returns

A return request will only be considered if:

  • The product received is different from the item ordered.

  • The product arrives damaged during transit or has a clear manufacturing defect.

  • The product is incomplete (e.g., missing essential parts that were advertised as included).


Conditions for Accepted Returns

To ensure fairness and protect against misuse of our policy, the following strict conditions apply:

  • Customers must notify us of any issue within 24 hours of delivery. Any request made after this period will not be accepted.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items that appear used, altered, or tampered with will not qualify.

  • Customers are required to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

  • Customers must submit clear photographs or videos of the product showing the defect, damage, or error.

If these requirements are not fulfilled, the return request will be declined.


Refund Options

If your return request is approved after inspection, PYARI DECOR will offer one of the following solutions:

  1. Replacement of the Product – The same item will be shipped again at no extra cost. This is our preferred method of resolving issues.

  2. Store Credit – The value of the returned item will be credited to your PYARI DECOR account for use on a future purchase.

  3. Refund (Exceptional Cases Only) – A cash refund may be issued in rare situations, at the sole discretion of PYARI DECOR management.

Please note: refunds, if approved, may take up to 10–14 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

To ensure quality standards and fairness, the following products cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items

  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to customer negligence, misuse, or improper handling

  • Items reported for return after the 24-hour window has expired


Shipping Costs on Returns

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning a product, unless the error is directly caused by PYARI DECOR (wrong or damaged product).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.

  • If a customer refuses delivery of an order, any reshipping charges or return courier fees will be deducted from the refund (if applicable).


Process to Initiate a Return

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos/videos.

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  4. If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

Please do not send products back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, in rare cases of damage during shipping, you must report the issue within 24 hours with evidence.

  • If your package is marked “delivered” by the courier but you have not received it, PYARI DECOR is not liable. You must file a complaint directly with the courier company.

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services.


Company’s Final Decision

  • PYARI DECOR reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on the conditions outlined above.

  • All decisions regarding refunds, replacements, and store credits are final and cannot be contested.

  • By shopping with us, customers agree that PYARI DECOR’s policies take precedence in case of disputes.
