Shipping Policy – PYARI DECOR
At PYARI DECOR, we are dedicated to ensuring that every order reaches our customers safely, securely, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our procedures, timelines, and terms regarding the delivery of products purchased through our store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment has been successfully verified. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be processed on the next business day. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.
During peak seasons, sales, or promotional campaigns, processing times may take slightly longer due to a higher volume of orders.
Shipping Timeframe
Our standard delivery time is 3–4 working days for most locations across Pakistan. Deliveries to major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Multan are usually faster, often arriving within the stated timeframe.
For remote areas, villages, or out-of-service courier zones, delivery may take an additional 1–3 business days. We strive to meet all estimated delivery times, but please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on courier services and external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Coverage
PYARI DECOR currently offers shipping across all regions of Pakistan. If you live in a restricted or hard-to-reach area, please allow additional time for your order to be delivered.
In rare cases where courier services are not available in your location, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method or refund.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you confirm and pay for your purchase.
From time to time, special promotions or offers may include discounted or free shipping on selected products. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may result in additional shipping costs or delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This tracking number can be used to monitor the real-time status and estimated delivery date of your package.
In case your tracking number does not work immediately, please allow up to 24 hours for the courier system to update.
Delivery Attempts & Responsibility
Our partnered courier companies will make at least two delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable at the provided address, the courier may contact you to reschedule delivery.
After repeated failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, additional re-shipping charges may apply. PYARI DECOR is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Delays & Exceptions
While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, certain factors may cause delays. These include but are not limited to:

If your order is delayed beyond 7 working days, please contact our customer support team so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
We take great care in packaging all items to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with pictures of the damaged product and packaging.
If your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but you have not received it, please report this immediately to our support team for investigation.
PYARI DECOR is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Shipping
At present, PYARI DECOR ships only within Pakistan. We are working towards expanding our services internationally in the future. Updates regarding international shipping will be shared on our website and social media platforms.
